[ OMGA ]

Eric,

I had this post on Dave Horne's thread about OMGA:

"...I'm going to see if I can find out anything about this over the weekend, but I have the feeling that its (SuperCharts) capabilities could be limited due to the existence of their top-of-the-line TradeStation. At nearly 10 times my cost for SuperCharts (I got a nice deal), I highly doubt that the price multiple given TradeStation is directly proportionate to the added benefit I would receive from upgrading. (With all this talk of price multiples, it sounds like I could be talking about a stock...lol. Maybe that's why OMGA is down 75% since its IPO just a few months ago.)"

I was also watching the price action, and I also thought that perhaps a short term bottom had been reached. Day after day, the stock just did not sell off, and I bet others then began to look for any positive bullish signals. Well, I found a nice, bullish RSI Divergence, and then the day before the stock woke up and took off, the Stochastics just crossed over by a hair. It seems that there were plently of people who were really eager to get this thing going. But aside from these two bullish signals, the overall (and most dominating technical factor) trend was down. It hasn't closed above the downtrend line yet, and other major trend following indicators are negative.

I will continue to stay on the sidelines and watch with interest.

Regards,

Rainier
