If you look at the chart for the past couple of weeks, since the correction on the 14th, as well as the numerous accounts coming on board EDFY you will note EDFY's ability to fill that gap without assistance of a rumour. A growing company in a field that many believe to be the future of banking. Europe, for instance, does 80% of their banking through automatic transfer. I would not buy this stock for a rumoured buyout. I bought it (at $9) for the growth stock it truly represents.
