Larry, Thanks for the explanation. As for anything in writing regarding the $100 target remark made by the NSM's CEO. I read there is a tape recording of the conference call. The number is: 1-800-633-8284 code: 308917. I'm going to call after this post and see if that remark is in it. Good night! Mike P.S. I remember on the particular day I went out it was 98 in San Jose and 60's (or perhaps as low as 50's) in the ocean. Dallas,Texas is usually HOT (as in triple digits) and "cools off" to the 80's during the summer. At least we got A/C in the house in Texas<G>.
