I do have to say the Giants are getting screwed. I didnt even think it was going to be this close (I thought Florida was too good, sorry), but to loose two in a row in the ninth? Ouch. The first Braves game was a pitching duel, but with Maddux...Today they were kinda shakey. Damn, I wanted to see the Braves and Giants- my friend and I are both ready to make some wagers on that one.

AVEI now. Sorry to say, but I sold. I still have not seen, nor can I explain Monday. What the hell could it have been? Allot of short coverings? Institutional movement? Insider activity? I cant see any one of these things alone accounting for almost 9 points up. Well screw it- the price was too high, the PE was too high, and I think I did what alot of others have been doing over the past two days, taking a killer profit. Im not out long, though, if this thing makes it back to the mid-40's Ill reclaim my position. I just think that the price just got a little too far ahead of itself. Playing a stock like this has come back to bite me in the ass a few times, though, but I feel ok about it. Hell, at this pace, I could be back in by the end of the week.

Just an after thought- do you think this price reflects the FDA approval. The price in the 40's reflected the possibility of large growth in earnings- something that is not going to happen without FDA approval. Is the word on approval out?
