Why document imaging management collaboration is so important? Project management depends on collaboration; middle management structure is for collaborations. Now, that computer automation have deleted many layers of middle management; Notes and Domino.doc begin to replace the middle management. However, the following is not yet in the computer automation: Leadship Goal Role Buy-in Schedule and interdependency Resolution process Communication Vocabulary and mind-set Credit Don't force it Mary Loomis wrote this in "managing Collaborations" sdmagazine.com pg80, January, 1998 issue.
