I just read the 6/18 filing at EDGAR. It's a prospectus for 1.5 million shares, which Jobs can sell at any time, either through a private placement, or in the open market. No info about when or if he palns to do it.

If he sold last week, it must have been a private placement, as volume was low all week, I think below 1 million shares every day.
