Civil war won't be necessary. It's becoming more obvious every day that the chimpistration is BAD for America. The Repugnican congress that enabled him has to get re-elected in '06 and '08. They know that while the chimp can do whatever he wants, THEY have to be seen working for the American people. The Repugnicans will turn on the chimp, and neuter him, if not expell him. If sentiment turns to the point where the American people want Bush gone, the Repugnicans will board the train. Nixon didn't resign because the Democrats wanted him out - he resigned because the Repugnicans told him they'd support impeachment too.
