The original estimate was $3.7 Billion - but that was based on .7 ASND @$52 or $36 for CSCC, which is where ASND was on announcement day. However ASND dropped $12 on that day and on June 30, ASND was just under $40, so CSCC went for $27.875. All this from memory, so I could be off a little. The final deal was good for ASND, and bad for previous CSCC investors like me - until now.
