Even if they don't technically go bankrupt they will have a severe cash flow problem by September if they don't get their act together.
When they run out of cash they will not be able to do anything. I think it was previously stated that they have just enough money until September. They may run out of cash earlier if they end up paying lawyers to defend themselves from stockholder suits. (I'm not saying this is reason for restraint on filing suits against them.) On the positive side, they may be able to make their money stretch a longer time because except for Rhodes, they have no corporate officers on the payroll anymore.
