(NSCP/NASDAQ), up 9/16 to US$19.3/8,
on volume of 4.4 million shares.
Internet-related technology stocks
surged after U.S. president Bill Clinton said
he supports a moratorium on new taxes for
Internet transactions.

Nothing special, I did not have a chance to check yesterdays paper.
