RR is through Time Warner - though there are some interlocking arrangement. ATT broadband is likely the old @home system, though some ATT runs over RR. If you are using dial up for streaming quotes, you will be blown away by cable for that and for everything else. dialup is to cable modem as outhouse is to bathroom with extra large jacuzzi and gold faucets. ggg larry
