If 30% would contribute $1 into a fund,a good campaign could be started to boycott and make public all the companies or products that use that kind of harassing advertisement.

BTW,you are probably paying a monthly fee to your telephone company to keep your telephone number "unlisted".It is easier to have it listed under your wife's or grandmother's maiden name, or an alias of your choice. (The telephone company probably won't care as long as you keep paying the bill.)
