no barb,he can not,nor can anyone else,now or in the future if you are a first time borrower,if you have established credit,no need for a vidiophone,just pick up ole mamma bell and let your fingers do the walking,perhaps you are aware of a lender that will loan 1000's of $$$$$$ over a vidophone,i am not aware of any,they will want to eyeball you imo. by the way, i moved about 1hr.from chesterfield myself (so.) how bout you--.snipper.
