This I agree with.

This statement is not worth the phosphorous atoms is displayed on. What else can you expect him to say? "Yeah, I'm going to sell all of this sucker tomorrow" !? Of course not. The impact on the price would be so high that he could lose 30% of his money if he did not deny it, as it is often done in these large insiders' sales (large as percentage of the insider's holdings)...

Huh? Only if he let's this filing expire. For all we know today's volume of 1.7M shares could have been him...

In my experience with the companies I follow -stockwise-, is common to work out agreements for insiders not to sell large blocks of shares at once.
