And even given its truth, it is quite obvious that one needs to exercise extreme caution and great judgement in deciding what and who to have faith in. Religious faith in Jim Jones and David Koresh led to death. Faith in that Applegate(?) character (Heaven's Gate, remember?) led to a purple bandanna on your non-breathing chest. << Without faith, IMO, we would be on an even intelligence level with an amoeba. >> This is simply a stupid statement. Trying to claim a human with a large, extremely complex nervous system is the same as an amoeba simply because he/she does not happen to believe the same brand of superstition as you is absurd.
