Thanks for the link & I'm glad he & others are against yahoo b/c advertising on the web is declining when it's really not:

YAHOO INC. (NASD: YHOO )- I wouldn't want to go near this 20+ billion dollar internet company that relies over 80% on revenue ads. Revenue ads are drying up for at least 2 more quarters. Basically, this relates to the diffusion factor. The advertisers who WANT to advertise on the Internet already ARE, and those who DON'T, AREN'T. It's that simple. Those who are advertising have added all they are going to add to earnings and its up to YHOO to make the rest after that. With such poor sentiment on the market, I don't like their prospects.
