Leo, <some things that are pretty easy to do could bring in xtra bucks.> True, but Corel really does need to focus. It needs Mind Share and to Stand for something. Necessary ( Word Processing and Image Editing ) software programs powerful enough for business is a good place to start. The consumer market will buy this software too. Look at Photo Shop, Illustrator &Page Maker...powerful enough for business but used by individuals everywhere. More Products+More Markets = More Competition. Company resources get spread thinner too. Better fewer products with strong identities ( that's where the "Perfect" come into play ) and loyal followings. <Too many middle of the road, me too apps.> Exactly. A company trying to be everything to everybody has no focus or mind share. Regards, Kurt P. BTW Oh, oh. This isn't very "newsy" I better watch out. Somebody might think I have an opinion!
