One good way you can tell if a stock is under accumulation is when a stock has higher than normal volume with little or no movement in it's price in either direction.

Money flow shows this as a line plotted on a graph. The actual direction of the line tells you whether a stock is under accumulation or distribution.

The direction of the line will normally shift directions a day or two before a stocks direction changes thus telling you what the smart money is doing, i.e. moving into or out of a stock.

vrsa is a low volume stock so it may not be a perfect example.
