Hi Ox,

You will be very intrigued if you listen to the last webcast or read their transcripts.

In March of 2015 CY bought Spansion a memory maker.

When looking at their inventory - they had a massive inventory vs what CY normally has.

So CY's fabs are running at 50 % utilization - ( barely breaking even and selling the excessive inventory.

TJ has said this will be over by the year end and fab utilization can be boosted.

Additionally there have been chips from Fijitsu that are being moved to one of their two US fabs.

As the excess wafer are being turned into cash - this cash is funding the stock repurchase plan.

When the fab kicks into gear the utilization will shoot up and margins will be recovered.

Most of their future products that are expected to bring a boost to revenue are automotive and the next design USB cable like those now founf on the Ocuclus Rift.

This si a great turn around story and TJ the CEO is all in on stock accumulation during this acquisition adjustment phase.

Bob
