Hi Carlos,

It is a stratigic move. On the contrary, they do have the monies. In
fact, remember the NR. Use the monies to best benifet the companies objectives.
Remove stock from the market and the price goes up.;-)))))) There tighten up
the stock. That means the way I count it, only 2mil out there at the most.
Anyone wants in, they pay a premium. That means the company dictates the
price.;-))))))) That/this will raise the capital and circumvent
dilution of the stock. Smart move if it works.;-))))
