Bruce, The recommendation is usually made public at the end of the day. It would be out of the norm if it happened some other way. Trading will be suspended that day because this is a make or brake news event for the company. The meeting is open to the public but someone with a cell phone could take advantage of the rest of the investors so trading is halted. Joe
