The reasoning behind the momentum shift from AMZN to AOL is this:
Investors are buying the stock, not the company and the higher AOL price validifies that AOL is a better play. The prices are close so the investment in a S&P 500 stock makes more sense than AMZN. Forget about business models, profits, analyst recommendations, charts, and everything else that conventional wisdom says matters. When you look at the prices and the momentum, which one looks better? AOL
