Richard the answer to your question is yes. The slowdown for Fore is a pickup for MRV. MRV has said they have a "significant contract with a world government" or something to that effect. Most of us here believe that to be the Japanese Ministry of Trade and Industry or MITI. Unlike the US, Government officials and their decisions are still held in very high regard in Japan. Where the Government goes...industry will follow. Hold on to your hats for more. I have a feeling that by the time we figure out what Noam was really smiling about on CNBC we'll all have that same S__t Eating Grin on our faces as well.
