yet, there remains a shortage of skilled technicians...as Microsoft continues its hiring binge cherry picking the creme of the crop! You got that right. Just talked with a friend who is a technical recruiter for the Durrance group and he said that they now have a surplus of candidates for placement and he can cheery pick for his employers whereas last year it was hard to even find someone qualified to fill the positions.
