The piper is always paid. The question is when.
I see SPX $6500 as a lock, but not straight up from here. SPX $7000 is possible.

My portfolio is around 90% small cap value stocks and ETFs. So, I am in the cheap sectors that most traders avoid.

I am not complaining, at least not today or this week, minus Wednesday.

Small cap value rallied nicely during the Dotcom Bust.
