By way of explanation, the bottom rows, points AFC, points NFC are simply the sum total of points each player has assigned to each conference through their picks. Presumably they should be even, but if not, it gives some indication of which conference a player favors for the super bowl winner.

The bottom line, points lost, is the sum total of the teams that have already been eliminated and represents points that the player can no longer earn in subsequent rounds. Remember, we will now re-rank the teams for this weekend and we will earn the points we assign to each time this weekend when they win and the points we assigned to them in the wild card round. Therefore the lower your points lost number is, the better shape you are in. The lowest points lost after the wild card weekend would be 10 (picks 1,2,3 and 4).
