Well, looking at the opti, it is only down to 34% and in 1998 it went down to 10%...so there is some potential there.

The BPOTC has broke below 34% three times in the last 15 years (4 times now) and has gone to 10% twice and 16% once....so yes, the potential is there. This move would, of course, create a brand new sell on the BPOTC.

If we are still in the 20 on the BPOTC and if history must repeat itself, we could still have more downside. In the past though, I believe that the days that brought the BPOTC to those low levels were capitulation selloff days. But I could be wrong on that.
