Cingular has a "local plan" that makes it look better than Sprint in terms of minutes but it is much worse if you include long distance and the national plan. The rollover option is just muddying the waters some more.

I also asked the Cingular salesman about data with a cell phone and he said , "gee nobody has ever asked about that before".
