Harold:
I don't mean to sound so negative and down on Paracelsian, but I was an investor for 11 months, and as many of us, I was lied to and lied to and lied to. I had so much belief in their product and their company that I never saw the lies, and I believed the positive spins on the departure initially of Rhodes, Babish, Koch, Campbell, the delay in marketing the products, the poorly written press releases, the infamous conference call, and that disastrious 10K report (lets not forget the 1 million Nutritional Advocate debacle).
Now that I have sold, I am getting a better reading on things. My opinion, and my opinion only is that paracelsian will NOT go to market with AndroVir and AndroCar. Instead, they are looking at a suitor, someone to buy the company.
Lets review the facts:
1. Paracelsian is missing a CFO, a CSO, and a Director. In addition, remember the famous "Dr. Aids???" I have also speculated that senior scientist will be leaving Paracelsian any day now.
2. Everyday, cash is being burned. Contrary to what Paul says, it takes LOTS of cash to market and distribute a new supplement. Unless you do it in one city, and then we will never get the revenue we need.
3. Rhodes has not shown he is capable of managing this company at this point. A new leader is needed.
Harold, Lots will need to be done before September, and considering their past history, Paracelsian will not be able to get it done.
