It sounds like Obama's plan for our future..... What NONE of the Congress will tell us, is what is THEIR definition of "rich".... In reality, all we have to do is look at what group is paying 97% of the Federal Income Taxes......It is the group who is making more than $100,000! Since the folks making less than $50,000 pay nothing, effectively we could say if you are making more than $50,000 you are considered rich. "Kill all the rich people.
