SPNC.... Mike all of the activity for insiders have been on the buyside going back to April of 1997. Since that time three directors including the chairman, the vice president and the president have purchased shares. The two most recent purchases occured in November 1997 by the president Mr. Largey and a director,Mr. Ruggio. They purchased the shares at $4.13 and $4.50 respectively. The stock is currently below that price now so I would take that as a favorable indication.
