There is supposed to be a press release out today that mentions Betting Inc. It probably won't bring in a lot more investors but we need all of the coverage that we can get. Let's see what it can do.
Regarding BETT's corporate charter moving to Nevada, Tom Hughes responded as follows:
"We (BETT) are filling the unaudited 10K on EDGAR and will submit that to the SEC along with our proxy information statement to call a shareholders meeting. The delay has been the difficulty in finding an SEC auditor who is willing to audit a bulletin board penny stock combined with our accountant trying to present a tight financial package to the auditor and who has been working on this in his free time as we have little working capital.
"Technically, Betting Inc. is not even required to be a reporting company, but we have decided to maintain the reporting aspect.
"Once the unaudited 10K is filed next week, we will then catch up on the 10Q's etc.
"We will then send out the proxy, which will include the full financial reports, to the shareholders and by late August will have moved our corporate charter to Nevada."
Okay everyone. What do you think? It will be a big step to have financial statements sent out to the shareholders, so everyone can take a look at the situation. I think that the financial statements will put the shareholders at least a little more at ease. To have this all accomplished be the end of August seems extremely tight. Long and Strong on BETT.
