Hi again Jeff...I see we are working early today. By 'build-up' I
mean feeding constructive, possibly critical input back to the
company. Gerald cannot do it all alone and if you have expertise or
interesting ideas he is more than willing to entertain them. Really,
CEC is run at this point by Gerald and his wife Marie. That's it.

You sound like a man with some good ideas. Maybe you can lend a
small hand? From everything I have heard regarding Geoff Eiten, he
sounds like the type of individual you would not want to forge a
relationship with. But this does not mean all people who work in
the business of bringing SmallCap stocks to light are like that.
The 1.5 million in financing that SRDO obtained recently involved
10 million shares of floatable stock which, doubtless, has changed
hands many times since. Very sad, really. Gerald would have liked
SRDO because his relationship with key principles in the company like
Lew Solomon go back at least seven years. And SRDO may indeed have
some interesting projects on the horizon but Gerald is wise enough
to know when to stay away from something also.

Gerald is not interested in a short-term 'spike' in the stock so much
as he would desire solid, predictable growth for the company. At the
same time, the influential financial community has to learn about the
company and that is why IR/PR partners are being sought out. Trust
me--Gerald WILL NOT do business with someone he has not checked out
or does not trust. This is virtually a part of his heritage and his
culture. In that context, I think Kostech SmallCap Research is a
good fit. So far I have found nothing about them that I can say is
negative, and if I did, it would have to be confirmed by at least
two other sources. In fact, I have talked to Tom Kosta, the founder
of that research firm, and I find him to very professional and well-
connected within the financial community.

News will come and assets will be cultivated. The stock by all
measures is grossly undervalued just like other stocks are grossly
overvalued. In time the imbalance will be corrected.

I am not really affiliated with anyone in the business. I am simply
a private shareholder who, like you, believes in this gem. But I
also see that the company needs a solid focus, a tighter infra-
structure and assistance in the area of Investor Relations. Where I
can help in an honorable way I will. I hope others do too.

Jim
