Ken,
True, the company has VERY much potential.
The thing that was clearly the sore point in this earnings announcement was the drop in sales. Ampex had been holding the top line steady at around $24 million for the last few quarters. This drop to $21 million makes me nervous about the short-term. The increase in inventory levels didn't look so hot either; hopefully this is a one quarter event.

I do, however, commend Ampex for maintaining a solid bottom line despite the drop in revenues.
