BLANK SCREENSAVER -WIN98

Everytime I re-boot I have to go through the MyComp/ControlPanel/Display/Screensaver/settings/OK/OK in order to get my screen to blank after 2 minutes. Is there a permanent setting to avoid this re-set everytime I re-boot?
