I believe that this Netscape agreement was a way for Qwest to sell long distance but the problem is that the agreement came just before the the AOL-Netscape alliance (can't remember which company they aligned with but it was a big one) and now the Netscape agreement wasn't as important so maybe, just guessing, that Netscape didn't work hard on making everything just right after the new alliance occurred. Any guesses here.

Anyway, it's not Qwest that screwed up here, it was Netscape.
