RE: Since they have not warned of a shortfall in earning we should not speculate nor should you make any definite statement regarding earning.

Since they have said virtually nothing, I am not only concerned about earnings but also solvency, earnings restatements, etc. While these may be pure speculation, they are reasonable fears given the abrupt departure of the CEO and CFO. Inprise is too quiet given the departure and the rampant speculation that is accompanying it. One wonders what is going on. Perhaps they are trying to figure out how to best spin a real mess. Hmmm. Maybe they need Dick Morris for this one.

Here is a hypothetical Q&A with the BOD:

Question: Is it true that previous earnings statements were exaggerated?
Answer: It depends on how you define the word "exaggerated"

Quesion: How long before INPR becomes profitable?
Answer: It depends on how you define the word profitable

Question: Del set annual revenue target of $500 Million for the 3-5 year time frame. Is this an achievable goal?
Answer: It depends on how you define "500 million dollars".
