If SFAM doesn't move with the rest of the sector I'm going to have to find a new rising star. More people thinking like that and SFAM will become a real bargain ;) Re: buyout, will someone please explain the rationale behind a buyout finance-wise, and how much it would likely fetch? Or point me to a post that details this info. I admit I have little but superficial knowledge about the semis/equips industries. Mike
