William A) Have cash waiting and ready to go I have been planning for this.I want to keep the maximum number of shares possible now for the next run up of the stock. It should go up over the next 6 months,enough to trigger a split on the basis of continuing technology progress,further partnerships,income from government contracts,and potential earnings from medical followed by commercial (consumer) applications.If you believe in the company,now is the time for maximum investment.
