So, is the general consensus here on the thread
that there's plenty of life left in the Corel Suite?

Call me stupid, but I don't agree. Who was it that posted
the Cowpland himself saying that a software co. should try hard
to be #1 in its market? Fat chance of Corel getting there in
the Suite market. Still, the development cost for that Suite are
tremendously high - as high as Microsoft's, I'd imagine
for only 1/5 th (max max max!) of the volume, and at a lower price
at that. Where's the profit?

I say: FOCUS ON YOUR GRAPHICS PRODUCTS IMMEDIATELY.

If not, there is the distinct possibility of Corel ending
up completely empty-handed: focussing on a Suite market
that (in MHO) has basically been lost already, and losing
its (#1 position? in the) graphics market by not focussing
enough on the Corel roots.

So, what I think we need is some creative and, if possible
profitable, solution on how to DUMP the Suite.
