My quretion for Bramson is whether the Mitsubishi verdict will translate into settlements with other companies. Are other settlements/lawsuits over PIP (and other patents) on the horizon and, if so, what is the total of AXC's claims? When will Mitsubishi's motions in this lawsuit be heard? Can legal fees be awarded? If so, will the company be reimbursed, or will it go to the lawyers? Seems like it should be the former. Other questions: What's the story behind the dropoff in foreign sales? Is it a cyclical anomaly or did they lose customers? Which products were affected? In his message to shareholders, Bramson said that time would tell whether "expanded software availability" would allow AXC to expand the market for storage devices into "more mainstream commercial applications". What applications and how much time is he talking about?
