There are 2 big trades below at 19.98. The Time is west coast PDT so is after hours trading. I vaguely recall that there is a perfectly sensible explanation for such trades. On the other hand, I was listening to Elliot Spitzer on 60 minutes a while ago about the widespread illegal practice of mutual funds being allowed to purchase stocks at the closing price, long after the market had closed. Hard to believe it still happens.
