Ted, From what I understand, every abstinence program has failed........at best for only some prolonging by a few months the inevitable. What do you propose?

I never claimed that simply preaching abstinence works, either.

The problem really is the breakdown in family structure. With a 50% divorce rate and many kids growing up in broken families, it's no wonder kids these days have no moral compass. Might be nice to actually teach some morals in public schools, but then we'll just bicker over whose morals we should teach.
