Ted, The history of the Cubaño in America is one of conservatism. Their vote for Bush in 2000 is nothing new. I thought more Hispanics still vote Democrat over Republican? The irony of it all is that when Janet Reno upheld the law and "deported" Elian Gonzales to his father, she pretty much cost Al Gore his chances of winning Florida. Could be one huge reason why both parties are afraid of how the Hispanic community would react to any solution to the illegal immigration problem. Tenchusatsu
