Actually, I don't. I believe the state has no right to legislate on private activities that do not impact anyone else directly, or in a gross way, indirectly. In other words, pot smoking, heroin, glue sniffing, and suicide should be completely legal if done on private property (and providing that you don't drive and that you pay for your own health care, etc.). The state should also be entitled to deny treatment to those who succumb. Life is hell, eh? If people want to voluntarily limit their behaviour to qualify for medical insurance, that is their decision as well.
Oh yeah, suicide is legal now that the powers that be realized they didn't have a right to control our lives that much. Hmmm. I guess the health care expenses weren't that high.
