Walt, in this particular instance, heads we win and tails we win. Both Sony/Philips and Panasonic are using our basic phase change technology. I don't believe anyone doubts for a moment that phase change and DVD's are replacing CD-ROM's in spite of the format warfare that is going on. The dust will be settling soon enough. Regards.
