Wonder if SJ "protesteth" mas mucho ; shouldn't it have been MOT's news ?

Rich seeing both SJ and F Anderson "quoted" in AAPL's news release looked like overkill for "bad" news , which essentially blames MOT .

Can't help but thimk different that whoever wrote the 1 mln share option @ $75 for GS's warrants ($12) had second thoughts at AAPL's rapid share appreciation over $75.

Wouldn't be surprised to see early ships of the iBook to make it into 4Q and slightly exceed AAPL's $85 mln projection ala INTC .

Tiawan's earthquake looks to be a component disruption factor .

Rich liked MOT's explanation of AAPL's "surprise":
====
" Motorola officials contested Apple's claims of slow shipments, saying they routinely advised the Cupertino, Calif.-based computer company of its timetable as advanced orders increased.

"There are no surprises here," the company said in a statement. "Motorola has advised Apple of the G4 schedule status everyday."
====
Intramurals , if needed IBM will pitch in and AAPL's stock will top $100 after FY1Q .

The option writer hopefully covered his $75 butt .
