"There was a case in DC where a guy walked up to a cop car at a light and shot the cop in the back of the head killing him." So now you make an argument for gun control? Seems sort of out of character, but ok... So? Citizens shouldn't go around shooting cops. Citizens shouldn't be going around shooting each other either. And most especially cops and other security personnel shouldn't be shooting citizens(or non-citizens for that matter) unless there is a damn good reason. And should never pistol whip anybody for any reason what so ever.
