auditor KPMG had paragraph stating a risk as a going concern if additional financing not secured in future.

I'm not sure what people think is new about this; the opinions have had a going concern qualification for at least 2-3 years now, and everyone knows they have to additional stock offerings to make it until profitability.

Looks like a great buying opportunity to me. But the stock IS risky as hell; my guess is a lot of stockholders don't understand this. However, the cash generation capability once breakeven is reached makes it a great risk/reward buy.

My guess is we'll see many, many ups and downs like this over the coming 3-5 years...
