Doing a little big picture cycle work here to find other candidates for a Major market top IF the 9/19 Zman top for DJIA doesn't hold.

Interestingly the next date that shows up as a possible hit is 10/31/13. As most of you probably recall I was previously looking for a possible panic low on 10/31 which was based on my Hurst cycle work. But if I ignore the Hurst cycles stuff and focus on Lindsay and Astro synergies instead I get 10/31 as a possible Bull Market Top candidate.

Here's the breakdown:

11/5 +/- 3 TD based on (Lindsay Count From Middle Section)
2/5/10 - 12/19/11 => 10/31 +/- 2 CD (LLH)
10/28 +/- 3 TD (Merriman CR date)

The overlap of these date windows is on 10/31.

This would actually be a similar set-up to the May top, when I had a Hurst cycle low due in the same vicinity where the top occurred instead.

Also 55 Fibonacci months from the March 2009 Bear Market Low = October 2013

Uranus Square Pluto aspect goes exact at 6:29 AM EST on 11/1/13

So, then I also realize that the next Fed meeting is on (you guessed it) 10/31/13...

Not sure what the wave count would be that would support a 10/31 Bull top, and I would really want to see breadth start to weaken to get some bearish divergence in place going into 10/31... But definitely a date to keep on the radar screen.
